Steven Streit is a veteran of the United States Navy where he served on the USS California and USS Truxton as a machinist.
After his service he moved to Lockport in 1990 and attended college at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Steven graduated with a Bachelors degree in Visual Communications in 1994. From 1992 until 2000 Steve worked as a technician for Packer Engineering in Naperville, Illinois.
In 1999 he started his own company specializing in Product Design, Graphic Design, and Marketing. In conjunction with his business, Steve was also a part-time adjunct professor at the Illinois Institute of Art from 2001 to 2005 where he taught students professional practices in the field of Graphic Design.
Steven is happily married and has two children.
