Coal Tar-Based Sealant Products


Resolution No. 20-111 bans the sale, use, and application of coal tar-based sealant products containing a high-level of PAH, a toxic substance known to be harmful in high concentrations. Driveway repaving with asphalt is still allowed with non-PAH.
