A. The fee is $2.95 per transaction online or $3.80 via automated phone system. Online & Phone payments are only available up to $300 but multiple transactions can be made for an additional fee.
A. The service fee is not retained by the City but by the service provider Invoice Cloud.
A. If you water is shut off you must still contact Water Department Customer Service at 815-838-0549 opt. 3 to let them know a payment has been made.
A. It takes 24 hours for the payment to be reflected on your utility billing account.
