The City's Water Department is located at 222 E. 9th Street, on the 2nd floor. It's hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. This is where you can pay your monthly bill if you do not want to mail it in. There is also a drop box in the west parking lot for payments submitted before or after hours or on weekends.
